Ignite Your Body/Quiet Your Mind

Have you reached a practice plateau? Are you going through the motions of your vinyasa practice? On a macro or micro scale, are you feeling disembodied and disempowered?

You are ready for a profoundly integrated approach to your physical and mental practice.  Recognize that YOU are the engine behind your practice — and your life! Yoga is not an external layer that is placed on you.  It is a tool for deep ignition within your body and your mind. 

Come deep dive with this dynamic mother/daughter teaching team as Kat and Sayer share decades of their personal exploration to committed yoga practice.  Kat started her practice when she was pregnant with Sayer.  27 years later, they are thought leaders and paradigm shifters in the field of Modern Postural Yoga, bringing the practice back to its essence, updated for the modern yogi.  Using the most advanced techniques in alignment, movement theory and kinesiology combined with scholarship in the fields of Eastern Indian philosophy and Non-dual Saiva Tantra, Sayer and Kat bring a unique and powerful teaching methodology to their classes, workshops and trainings.

    •An ignited, empowered, embodied approach to your yoga practice

    Flowing, juicy practice to bring you into your body
11 AM ASANA INTENSIVE
Core teaching to ignite the body though alignment and shakti work, being alive and fully engaged in your practice
1 PM LUNCH
    Nourish your feminine sakti with energy-dense foods for balance and empowerment
2 PM RESTORATIVE PRACTICE
    Rest and digest after lunch
2:30 PM MEDITATION & PHILOSOPHY
    Basic meditation techniques
4 PM END OF DAY ONE
Commuters may go home or connect with fellow students.  Overnight guests may organize a group dinner off campus (dinner Saturday night is NOT included). We provide restaurant recommendations and you have access to our facility kitchen to prepare your own supper. On campus, there are opportunities to rest, reflect, use the swimming hole, walk or hike nearby.

     Creating a 20 minute at-home Asana & Meditation Practice
11 AM PHILOSOPHY
     An introduction to the practical magic of Non-dual Saiva Tantra
1 PM LUNCH
    Nourish your strength and steadiness with protein-packed foods
2 PM RESTORATIVE PRACTICE
    Rest and digest after lunch
2:30 PM MAHA VINYASA
    Bring it all together in a powerful 90 minute yoga flow practice that will leave you fully charged physically and sweetly at ease in your mind.
4 PM END OF PROGRAM

TUITION PLUS 1 NIGHT HOUSING OPTION $350                                                                                                                                        TUITION PLUS 2 NIGHT HOUSING OPTION $450

The housing option is one or two night’s lodging on Saturday night which includes a private room with shared bath, a light breakfast Sunday morning and kitchen privileges.
